Welcome to Andres Stay. We strive to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests. Below you will find our terms and conditions applicable to your stay:

 

1. No Smoking: To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside our B&B. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Guests who violate this rule may be subject to additional cleaning fees and will be asked to leave the premises without a refund.

 

2. No Pets Allowed: While we love animals, pets are not allowed in our accommodation to avoid allergies and other potential inconveniences. If you are traveling with a pet, we are happy to assist you in finding suitable pet-friendly accommodations nearby.

 

3. No Parties or Events: Our B&B is a quiet and peaceful place, ideal for relaxation and rest. We kindly ask our guests not to host parties or loud gatherings that may disturb other guests. If this rule is violated, we reserve the right to ask the guests involved to leave immediately without a refund.

 

4. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. We are flexible with early check-in or late check-out requests, but this is subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

 

5. Loss or Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to property or loss of property that occurs during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or loss.

 

6. Payment Terms: Payment must be made according to the agreed rates and terms at the time of booking.

 

7. Minimum of 2 nights: We require a stay of minimum 2 night.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change, and we strive to be flexible. Here are our cancellation policies for bookings at Andres Stay:

 

  • Free Cancellation Earlier than 14 Days Before Arrival: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date.

  • Cancellations Within 14 Days: For cancellations within 14 days of your arrival, we will charge the full amount. Please contact us if you have an urgent reason. We will review each situation to see if we can reschedule or partially refund the amount.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up without prior notice, the full amount of your reservation will be charged.

  • Early Departure: In case of early departure, the full amount of the originally booked stay will be charged.

 

We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unexpected events that may affect your travel plans.
